Pets are welcome with a monthly fee of $35 for the first pet and $15 for each additional pet which will be added to the rent, along with a fully refundable pet deposit that varies by type and size, starting at $500 for cats and $1,000 for dogs and up. Due to insurance requirements, Rottweilers, pit bulls, and certain other high-risk breeds are not permitted. All pet deposits are fully refundable provided no pet-related damage occurs.
