IT is not finance able unless you're going to do a rehab loan and put a foundation under it. It's really more suitable for someone that can't get financing themselves looking for a place to work on for themselves and looking for seller financing with a minimum of 25% down. I didn't bother to take more pictures inside because it's dirty disgusting in a mess. I would write offers for seller to provide a production test and a septic certified in working order prior to close of escrow yes it has power.
