As with most homes in the Tetons, this property does not have air conditioning. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or on the decks, and any butts found on the property will incur an additional charge. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet, and bagged waste should be placed in the provided trash cans. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled/crated. Hot tub use requires guests to clean off in the shower/bath before every use, and not get in dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup.
