The mobile home has a nice deck out back that overlooks a pretty wooded area and a cedar post swing the owner built himself.
The enclosed front porch opens up the living area and has a pine ceiling that adds a nice rustic feature. The subfloor was replaced in both bedrooms and the hall, and vinyl flooring was installed in those rooms.

The interior is modest, but it's fully furnished, and it sleeps about 8 people with the two couches being pull-out beds. All appliances and furniture are included excluding the owner's personal belongings. Two window units easily keep it cool, and one large propane heater with a thermostat heats the entire home.

This home will not qualify for FHA, VA, or USDA loans due to lack of permanent foundation.
