Also the home is built in an L shape and most of the windows feature doors to take advantage of the pool. The 17 x 16.10" living room is a sunken floor style and has a gas fireplace. There is the primary bedroom that features a 25 foot stretch of built in closets ( this was the former hallway). The bathroom has nice black cultured marble vanity area and tub/shower combo. Beyond the primary bedroom is another bedroom the seller uses as an exercise room. On the other side of the home is a 15 x 12 den with windows that open to the covered pool porch, beyond is a super groovy bathroom with sunken shower and vanity areas in original green tile. There is a 14 x 10 bedroom with a 9 x 3.8' walk in closet. Outside at the pool area, original tile leads to the gunite pool. The covered porch lanai is 26.11" x 13.9". The garage has a brick floor so this may can be reconfigured to gain more space in the house. The seller uses a metal carport next to the garage to park cars.
