Your new fully-stocked kitchen has been tastefully remodeled and freshly painted to preserve some of its’ original character, while also feeling fresh and new. Fully Furnished Monthly Rent and Utilities:

Rental term of 3 to 6 months: $3,250 includes trash, internet, and lawn maintenance. Tenant pays water/sewer and electric. Owner will consider keeping water/sewer and electric utilities in their name for additional fee.

Rental term of 7 to 9 months: $3,150 includes trash, internet, and lawn maintenance. Tenant pays water/sewer and electric.

Rental term of 10 to 12 months: $3,000 includes trash, internet, and lawn maintenance. Tenant pays water/sewer and electric.

Pets: Up to two dogs weighting up to 40lbs each, and other small animals, will be considered. No cats. Non-refundable pet fee of $350. Dogs require pet rent of $30 a month per dog.
