Here at OneTen, our community is resident-controlled access, meaning the gate is closed 24 hours a day. For added convenience and safety of our residents, we also have a courtesy officer that lives on-site and works for MPD. We love our community dearly and absolutely cannot wait for you to find your home with us.
The rates that we offer are fully inclusive with water, sewage, WiFi, and trash costs. We have capped electricity, which means we will cover $25 per person in the apartment for electricity. Depending on electricity usage, you and your roommates would split the amount if you went over the electricity cap.
Each floorplan price will also include the extra amenities that are offered 24/7 in the clubhouse. A few of these amenities include the following: 24-hour fitness center and business center (includes study rooms, Macbooks, and free printing), 24 hour Starbucks coffee machine, as well as pool and ping pong tables. And how could we ever forget the sandpit volleyball court and doggy park!
All of our apartments come fully furnished. The common area will include a coat closet, laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, and a pantry. The 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans will come with an additional hall closet. The common area will be furnished with modern-styled furniture that includes: a couch, coffee table, entertainment center with a 42 in SMART TV, and an accent chair and barstools. The kitchen includes stainless steel, energy-efficient appliances, as well as an excess of cabinet space, and beautifully selected granite countertops.
Each bedroom includes its own walk-in closet and a private bathroom that also has beautiful granite countertops. Each room will also include a full-size memory foam mattress, headboard, under bed storage, and 2 drawers underneath the bed for space-saving. The room will also include a desk, chair, and nightstand.
