ONLINE ONLY AUCTION: December 29th ending at 6:00 PM. Tract 3 of 3: This tract features a 12' x 30' shed with 8' walls. It has a 11' wide x 6' tall set of swinging doors, a walk door, and full concrete floor. There is an additional 16' x 16' concrete pad at the back of the property with a 4'6" x 10'6" shed sitting on it. This lot is 58' x 150' and sits on the West side of Main St. with good access. The lot previously had a mobile home on it that has since been removed. There are currently no utilities on the property and condition/usability of previous utilities is unknown. TERMS OF SALE: There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid to arrive at the purchase price. Credit card is required to bid. A non-refundable down payment/earnest money of $2,500 for Tract 1, $2,500 for Tract 2, and $1,000 for Tract 3 to be applied to the purchase price, will be required at the close of the sale with the signing of the purchase agreement.
