The shared kitchen comes with gas ranges and large stainless steel commercial-grade counters and sinks, allowing multiple tenants to cook simultaneously in a fully equipped space.

Each unit will include internet. There is $30 dollar monthly fee in addition to water/sewer and electricity that will cover heat and cooling generation. It's fixed for all 12 months.
