Our 1-bedroom units are approximately 760 sq ft. Our 2 bedrooms offer townhouse style, (NO upstairs or downstairs neighbors) approximately 1144 sq. ft and 1 and 1/2 bath. Washer and dryer hookups are a plus as well in our 2-bedroom unit. We do have an onsite laundry facility also. There is a small private porch outside each 2-bedroom unit with a privacy separation between your neighbors.
We have an abundance of common areas throughout the complex to walk your fur baby. We have an off-leash dog park. All units have appliances that have been upgraded to black and every unit has been renovated.
We are closely located to many restaurants, shopping and walking distance to one of many city transit stops. ECU is approximately 3 miles. We pay Water and Sewer.
