• Paint, inside and out
• New interior doors (they’re the typical hollow-core type and have been used hard as a rental)
• I’d personally replace the bathroom vanities — you can find affordable options that include the countertop and faucet
• Some grout work in the living room
• Toilet lids could be replaced
• There’s some orange staining in the tubs — likely from iron in the water. Possibly getting an iron filter or contacting a water filtration company for a recommendation. Renting a system may run about $40/month.
• It looks like the washer leaked near the wall drain at one point — there’s a small area with drywall mold, but it’s limited. Just cut it out, treat it, and patch it back up.
