Added an updated and modern Kitchen with White Shaker Cabinets, Butcherblock Counter Tops, Stainless Vent Hood, Stainless Sink, Dishwasher and floating shelves. Kitchen is wired and plumbed for electric or gas stove.
Of course, a new CH/A system with new ductwork backed up with R-30 in the attic and R-13 insulation in the walls will make this home very cozy in all seasons. The exterior includes new vinyl siding and guttering. Foundation has been repointed with new sill plates. All of this makes this home move-in ready.
