Here are the requirements: NON-smokers ONLY (no vaping, smoking outside or anywhere else - we need people who don't smoke anything anywhere), Pets on case by case basis with pet rent, Credit score of 625 or higher, Annual income of $50,000 or more, Good rental history, No bankruptcies, Clean criminal record, Four people MAX. Application fee is $35/adult because we check credit. Tenant responsible for yard but can hire the cutting on a monthly contract.
