The backyard features an outdoor swimming pool, a fire pit, a covered patio, and a conversation set. Complimentary use of the washer and dryer is included.
Free parking is available for up to four vehicles, with two spaces in the garage and two on the driveway. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding six.
Conveniently nestled between Dallas and Fort Worth and adjacent to the DFW International Airport, Irving is a keystone city in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Home to the Mandalay Canals, Toyota Music Factory, and Las Colinas, Irving has a unique vibe with entertainment, fine dining, music galore, and a history all its own. Nearby points of interest include the Toyota Music Factory, Ruth Paine House Museum, Irving Mall, and AT&T Stadium. Dallas attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens, and Reunion Tower.
Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended. In order to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in this home. This device does not record or store sound data, and only measures decibels and sends alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
