The first is a large upstairs bedroom overlooking our front yard. Lots of sunlight and good privacy. You'd share a bathroom with two others.
The second bedroom also gets good natural light. It comes with a bonus room you could use as an office, etc. You'd share a small bathroom with one person.
You can't beat the location -- just a 3-min walk to H St NE & 13th St NE. Close to Whole Foods, Giant, tons of bars and restaurants on H Street. It's a 5-min bike ride or 15-min walk to Union Station, with buses a 3-min walk from the house that will take you anywhere in DC.
Utilities run about $70/month per person (split at cost) and include everything. Plenty of free street parking. Washer/dryer in the basement. 8-month lease preferred (through end of April), but flexible.
