Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront Banks neighborhood beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center, this apartment delivers an energetic, diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent.
The sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in, especially in the evenings. Most guests prefer to let themselves in with the automated entry system, but assistance is available upon request. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors, and no outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. No smoking, parties, weapons, or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance for violations. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests applies. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
