*We lived in this unit when we moved to Bolton Hill originally, so it is well maintained. We have a great tenant downstairs, and the block and neighbors are just awesome and very social.

Location cannot be beat. 6-7 min walk to Penn Station for Amtrak and Marc trains. 2 min walk to the light rail. 5 min walk to the metro subway. The block is closed off at the bottom meaning zero traffic and (usually!) very easy parking.
