Statement of Rental Policy: Please read and sign the Statement of Rental Policy which includes all
our screening criteria. In our Statement of Rental Policy we discuss the Income Limits
Requirements. This community participates in an income-qualified housing program. Applicants
must meet applicable income limits based on household size. Gross Monthly Income must be two
times the monthly rent amount. If the applicant does not meet this guideline, Management may look
at other compensating factors in the approval process. Income cannot be higher than 80% of the
AMI (Area Median Income). For information on the AMI (Area Median Income) please contact the
rental office. Income is calculated using all sources of income and income from assets.
