Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, the living room features a full-size sofa bed, two armchairs, and a Smart TV. The dining room and fully equipped kitchen are to the right of the living room, with a beautiful farm table seating 8. The home has a split-bedroom layout, with the master bedroom on the far right side, featuring a king bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The additional three bedrooms and bathroom are in the hall on the left side of the living room. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the other two have two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is shared between these bedrooms and has a shower/tub combination. A charcoal grill and picnic table are available out back.
Pets are welcome for a non-refundable fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are detected, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and all waste must be cleaned up. Evidence of pet hair on furniture or excess hair in the home will incur additional cleaning charges. A $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left at the property.
