The home has a split-bedroom layout, with the master bedroom on the far right side, featuring a king bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The additional three bedrooms are on the left side, with a queen bed in one and two full-size beds in the others, sharing a second full bathroom. A charcoal grill and picnic table are available out back.
Pets are welcome for a non-refundable fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.

Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and all waste must be cleaned up. Evidence of pets on furniture or excess hair will incur cleaning charges. Trash must be bagged and placed in provided bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
