Family and friends can spend time enjoying a meal or happy hour while watching the sunset in the screened in bonus room or sitting around the outdoor fire pit. The property has an additional building only steps away currently used as storage but once used as a cabin itself. An attached, enclosed and insulated Generator storage area off the back houses the 2019 15 KW Kohler Auto start Diesel Generator and 500 gals. of fuel storage. The generator provides the 48 Volt battery bank and 10,000 Watt 220 Volt inverter with fully automated charging power on demand. The onsite drilled well has been tested annually and provides 29 gallons per minute of water. The newly installed Rinnai Tankless hot water heater provides an ample supply of domestic hot water.
