THE SELLERS ARE OUT OF STATE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE PROPERTY, SO NOT SURE WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED ON THE LOT AND I'M NOT LOCAL AND HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE PROPERTY MYSELF. THERE ARE NO DEED RESTRICTIONS OR HOA FEES OUT HERE. THE COUNTY WEBSITE SHOWS THE WELL WAS PUT IN 2010, BUT NOT SURE ABOUT THE SEPTIC.
