Absolutely Charming, this bungalow nestled in the heart of Pelzer.  Great location, just a short drive to anything you want to do.   Plus a  short walk to main street, enjoy the sidewalks to check out what is happening in Pelzer.   The home is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and just has been renovated and is looking sharp .   Let me tell you a little bit about this home.  Wonderful covered front porch , great hang out spot out of the sun or rain.   The home was just re-roofed with a nice dark colored metal.  Home also has brand new tilt windows throughout. There is a neat small room off the kitchen that is big enough to make a small office or nursery and is heated and cooled with new carpet.  It is being used as a walk in storage closet , but roomy enough for adding living space.   My favorite part of the home is the back,   I love the fenced in backyard,  and the really nice new deck that overlooks the nicely landscaped  yards and the new fire pit, super cool how the owner fixed it all up with stones looks awesome, that would be my hang out spot for sure!!   There is also a really nice shed in the back with a ramp for getting things in and out with ease.
