Just three miles north of the property is Otter Lake, a 890-Acre, 29 foot deep lake. Fishing for Brook trout, Crappies, Perch, Pumpkinseed sunfish, Rock bass, Smallmouth bass, Steelhead, Northern pike and Walleye is available there. To the north and west is direct access to Corporate CFA Lands. Here you can enjoy walk-in access for hunting, trapping, and fishing. Not far away is access to a main North-South Snowmobile Trail No. 15. The Parcel is comprised of an old homestead site, acres of tillable land, and riverland.
