Summit Hollow Apartments

Affordable, non smoking housing designated for income eligible elderly (62 or older), disables or handicapped households only. All households will be accepted or rejected for occupancy based on our Tenant Selection Policy. All households' gross income must fall below limits set by the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program to qualify for initial occupancy. Rents will range between $0 and $818 based on income and other allowable deductions. Rent includes garbage, sewer and water. Tenant pays electric. Range, refrigerator, air conditioners furnished. Lawn care and snow removal provided. Off street parking. Laundry room, community rooms on site. One year lease. Security Deposit and References required. Summit Hollow is pet friendly (with restrictions). Office hours Tuesday 8:30-4:30. Applications available outside the office.
