Applicants must meet all four of the qualifications below to be approved:
1. Rent to “gross income” ratio (MINIMUM 3 TIMES the monthly rent)
2. Employment verification with proof of income (1 year work history)
3. Good credit history (no collections)
4. Rental history (no evictions or money owed)

We use a First Come First Serve System, if you are interested in scheduling an appointment EMAIL US BACK ONLY (please no phone calls) with an exact day and time that works best for you. Our regular viewing hours are by appointment only (Monday to Friday - 10am to 4pm)

TO PRE-QUALIFY: Respond by email to receive your Rental Packet. Fill out and email before your appointment: the Rental Application, along with your (Proof of Income) your current pay stubs (total of 1 month) or last years tax returns for independent workers.

Security Deposit = one to two month's rent (depending on information from credit check)

Pet Friendly with additional deposit of $300.00 per pet (maximum 2) and $30.00 monthly pet rent (per pet). Breed restrictions; small dog breeds only and no pets over 20 pounds

Rent includes; water, trash, gated / covered parking and use of the swimming pool.
