It is the perfect country home.

Now for the renovations and enhancementsâ”nothing went untouched! The red metal roof was added in 2017. New insulation was installed in every wall and in the attic, and a new moisture barrier with a 15 year warranty was added. Custom made window frames and trim surround brand new energy efficient windows, a steel front door was installed, and a new railing was put around the front porch. A new laminate floating floor was laid throughout. All walls are freshly painted, and crown molding was added.
