Parc Gardens - 55 or Older Luxury Living

Parc Gardens is Lafayette’s first 55 and over luxury community. Conveniently located as an extension of the Parc Lafayette development, the property is walking distance to boutiques, eateries, and entertainment. Not to be confused with need-based care, the community is a place where those over 55 can downsize and stay in Acadiana without having to resort to traditional senior housing.
