Monthly rent is $2,195 plus the same for Deposit. If your credit score is below 675 you will be required to pay the LAST MONTH RENT UP FRON AS WELL. Pets Negotiable with a nonrefundable $500 pet fee depending on the size and the kind of a pet you have, but I WILL ACCEPT ONLY ONE PET AND NO BIGGER THEN 40LB!
