This is a fully furnished room rental. You will be provided 1 private bedroom and a shared bathroom.

Not suitable for pets.

Things to consider:

The “jack and jill” bathroom is shared with the other guest bedroom. The bathroom doors will have a key lock along with a chain lock for additional security. If you have any questions about the bathroom, please reach out.

The location makes walking very convenient. However, I only have one visitor parking pass. Long term stays can pay a fee for a parking pass. There is always parking available in the neighborhood.
