Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals incur a pet fee. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Consumables are provided in an initial supply; any additional supplies needed are the guest's responsibility.
