THE SPACE
Accommodations (sleep up to 4):
- Bedroom 1: Enjoy a King-sized bed, office desk, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, TV and private entry to the lanai.
- Bedroom 2: Privacy and comfort in the queen-sized guest room.
- Bedroom 3: Folding day bed
- Bathrooms offer a shower in the master bath, shower/tub in the guest bath and are stocked with towels and enough toiletries to get you started. Beach towels and spare linens can be found in the hall closet.
 
Kitchen and Dining:
Our eat-in kitchen offers plenty of elbow room, counter and cabinet space. Stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes and modern stainless appliances including a glass top range/oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. The eat in kitchen offers breakfast bar stools with the dinning table offering seating 4.

Laundry/Pantry:
You will find a private washer/dryer in the utility room just off the kitchen. Room for pantry items and to store your cooler, golf, beach and pool toys.  An iron with board is provided.

Comfort and Connectivity:
Central air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in every room will keep you cool and breezy. Comcast cable TV and broadband internet with WIFI are provided free of charge.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside onto our private screened lanai from the master bedroom or living room and enjoy a relaxing wooded view.  Just a bike ride away from enjoying the Clubhouse pool, tennis and pickleball.
