The basement was fully redone in 2024, with a layout that uses the space more efficiently and maximizes storage. All new mechanical systems were installed in 2023, including furnace, A/C, tankless water heater, and ductwork, along with the addition of a dedicated laundry room with a sink. The primary bedroom was expanded for a more comfortable layout, complete with a walk-in closet, double vanity, and a combined tub/shower wet room centered around a built-in quartzite tub. It's a home that's been updated where it matters, while still keeping its original character, and one we've truly loved living in.
