7- I love being able to walk down the street and get a spectacular view of cows grazing on an open field, with the Blue Ridge mountains in the distance. Especially at sunset...
8- I love never getting snowed in on one of those insane mountain gravel driveways you'll find on much more expensive houses around here. Thanks to kids who need to ride the school bus, our street is always plowed, and you're one block away from Route 55.
9- I love how close we are to Front Royal, to I-66 and I-81, and to the Aldi's, Target, and Wal-Mart north of town. The location is fantastic.
10- I love that this house has it where it counts. I don't know how else to say it... this place has been our home for over a decade, and I'll be sad to leave it. We've gone on many trips, but whenever we've returned to this unassuming little ranch from the 1950s, it's always felt like home.
