This is a historic property with thin walls, so you may occasionally hear other guests outside or through the shared wall with the game room. Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Approved pets are welcome with a pet fee that can be found in the listing, and ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors and responsibility for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and property damage caused by pets.
