Bachelor for winter sports and a 30-minute bike ride or quick drive to Sunriver Village for shopping and dining. Nearby attractions include Lava Butte, Benham Falls, and the High Desert Museum.
Outside activities need to wind down by 10 pm due to neighborhood guidelines and the Bend Noise Ordinance. No smoking is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in charges for sanitizing, de-odorizing, and cleaning. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 5:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Guests must be 23 years or older to book a reservation. Guests are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by pets and must clean up after them immediately. All cars are to be parked in the driveway, with a limit of 1 car per bedroom without prior approval. COVH is not liable for packages sent to the vacation rental. Guests will not make any alterations to the property. COVH is not responsible for construction in surrounding neighborhoods or streets. Unclaimed items will be held for 15 days before being donated, and shipping retrieved items will cost $35 flat. COVH, staff, and homeowners are not responsible for bodily harm or injuries that may occur on the property, including while using the firepit or river. Violation of any laws or policies stated in the agreement are grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
