Since 1982, originating in Des Peres, E&M Development began constructing individual upscale homes on single lots in Des Peres, Kirkwood, Webster, Glendale, Frontenac and Ladue. It was inevitable we would search for larger parcels and begin development of communities of much larger size. Venturing where the farm land existed, they found ourselves in Jefferson County.
