Currently in development, the Verdana Village community is located in Estero, Florida, just off of Corkscrew Road, only 8.5 miles east of I-75. This gated community has a new, completely state-of-the-art onsite amenities center. These include a very large air-conditioned sports complex with indoor pickleball, basketball and tennis courts. There will be a fitness center, a cafe/ice cream shop, locker rooms, a restaurant, a resort-style swimming pool, a yoga lawn, and so much more! The Small Print:

All information is deemed reliable but is subject to errors and must be verified.    Please see attached rental application instructions.  One month holding deposit and a fully completed online application from all applicants is required to vet tenants.  All applications accepted online at   Listing office writes lease.  There is a $40 per person rental office application fee and a $100 rental office application processing fee if approved.  This property has a 2 part approval process.  The owner/mgmt company approves the tenants to lease the property, and this includes a background and credit check, proof of income, etc.  Secondly this property is located in a restricted HOA and all tenants (not children) must be approved by the HOA prior to commencement of a lease.  It is the tenants sole responsibility to hand in any and all applicable HOA paperwork to the HOA and to give evidence of approval.  Please allow a minimum of 21 days to process the HOA paperwork.  The HOA has a $250 fee for the application and no additional paperwork required. Additional pet deposits are required based on number and size/kind of pets.
