The space
Enter through the front sunroom - great for morning coffee, even on chilly mornings. Living room with TV set up with a fire stick so you can stream all your favorites! Blazing fast wifi will get the job done. Couch is a sofa bed. Dining room has seating for 6 and a fabulous coffee bar, stocked for a good time! The elegant kitchen with dishwasher has top end appliances, easy close drawers, and is fully stocked. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed with a trundle under it just in case you need more mattresses. Each bed has a down duvet that is incredibly comfortable, plus lots of pillows. Extra sheets are downstairs. There are also extra blankets all over the house. It is impossible to have too many blankets! The bathroom has storage shelving in it and feels like a spa. The tub is square and really large.
The back office space is also the gateway to the large fenced back yard. It is a private getaway, with space to play, or relax. The garage is large with plenty of storage space. There is also another private parking space in the back of the house. If you need more parking, street parking is available.
There is a full basement, with laundry. The basement is not finished, so you can use it for extra hang-out space, or storage. We hope you love the home! Rent includes all furnishings and utilities, so you can just enjoy!
