1.) We ask that you make 3 times the rental rate
2.) We will need 2 of your most recent consecutive paystubs (if self pay)
3.)We will need a copy of the piece of paper in your HUD packet that has the room count (unit size)
4.) If self pay there will be an added charge of $49.95 a month for renters insurance. (if you have your on you can opt out)
