Limited number of pets permitted, with pet addendum to the lease. This cozy home is locally owned and managed, by a family who's lived in Mars Hill since the 1960s.

Tenant pays utilities. Available to rent September 1st (and possibly a bit sooner). Individual showings can be scheduled after the 20th. We only take applications through the listing, which does charge a fee and runs credit, background and eviction checks.
