This charming space is tucked along a quiet private road where stone walls line the landscape and large historic homes are separated with plenty of privacy. Outside living includes a pergola, large furnished deck and a shaded garden with sitting space.
Inside, the studio has a nice open space setup with a comfy queen size bed, a private bathroom, walk-in closet, newly updated kitchen with white cabinets and stone backsplash, an island top, and extra storage + built-in shelving throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for prepping, heating, and cooking meals.

-Our process includes an application with standard checks.
-Once approved, a lease agreement will be given to review.
