Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $100 cleaning crew rescheduling. Hair coloring or dying in the property is not allowed, and staining of fixtures and towels will result in an additional charge. Glitter, confetti, silly string, or other widely dispersed items are not allowed and will result in an additional cleaning fee. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
