The Project consists of fifty (50) townhome lots situated in the borough of Mt. Penn Berks County, PA. Address is 2000 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading,PA, 19606. Antietam School District. Project is part of an approved subdivision, recorded in Berks County records plan #2019018372 recorded on September 10, 2010, as a Transitional Age Community. Townhouses not required to be age restricted. The present owner was required to submit a revised NPDES permit application for E& S Control to the County Of Berks to comply with revised permit standards and regulations since more than 5 years had elapsed from the original plan being approved. Owner has submitted the revised plan and it has been approved by the County of Berks. The project has significant improvements installed by original owner consisting, among other items, of driveways, entrances, electric lines, water and sewer lines and E& S controls. DEP approved module for 85 units, 35 of which consist of separately deeded condominium project. New owner will be responsible for water permit fees to municipal authority of Mt Penn. New owner will be required to enter into Improvements agreement with Borough for the remaining work. Borough will also require Home Owners Agreement (HOA) for future maintenance to be submitted for Borough approval and recorded in Berks County records. E& S Plans available for inspection.
