About The Grand
Come and see where historical architecture meets new world ideas! Constructed in 1930, The Grand was a Scandinavian American Fraternity Building was a prominent feature of Eau Claire's central business district. The building features distressed stone walls on the ground level and second floor, with brick finishing the building. Stone is again used on the roofline which features medieval style crenelated parapets.
