Very quaint open floorplan and electric baseboard heat. You pay electric and internet/other utilities, water/sewer/trash/etc is added to rent at $25 per person per month. Do not inquire unless you are serious and have money to pay first month and deposit or have prior evictions, cannot pass background check, etc. Appliances and HVAC system installed in 2024.
All deposits and rent must be paid at lease signing, we do not accept payments on these! Rentals will NOT be held for when your classes start.
This property sits well off the street and has a shared private drive. The home is located on the edge of Athens and the back side has trees and sloping land.
