The neighborhood is generally quiet. Traffic is usually light, if any, in this part of Big Bear. It is within walking distance to Erwin Lake's Bark Park Dog Park, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. This property is about 15-20 mins away from downtown which is filled with shops and restaurants. It is also about 15-20 minutes to Snow Summit, Bear Mountain ski resort and Big Bear Lake.
