The Elms Apartments

The Elms offers affordable housing for both the general public and students in a comfortable and convenient community. Each apartment features four private bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a shared living room, providing a balance of privacy and community living.

Conveniently located near Ross Park, the Ross Park Aquatic Complex, and Idaho State University (ISU), The Elms offers easy access to recreation, education, and other local amenities.

Rent includes all utilities, including internet, making The Elms a simple and budget-friendly housing option. Rates start at $500 per month.

To apply for The Elms Apartments, please complete an Open Market Application and write "The Elms Apartments" in the Property Name section.

If you are applying for student housing, please complete the The Elms Student Housing Application instead.

Note: There is a $30 application fee per adult applicant. This application fee can be paid by Money Order or Check to Housing Alliance & Community Partnerships or HACP.
