All tenants who will be residing in the unit are required to complete a rental application. Additionally, each tenant must have one of their parents complete a cosigner application. The cosigner application must be fully filled out on both sides and notarized. We also require a copy of the tenant’s ID.
There is a $40 application fee for each applicant, payable via Zelle. For priority processing, please bring the completed package to the open house, or alternatively, you may submit all documents through an email.
