Looking for responsible adult who is clean, quiet, neat and tidy. I have a small dog who has no access to upstairs rental room. She does not tolerate other dogs or cats so no pets allowed. Must have good credit and pass a criminal background check. Tenant agrees to leave room in good clean condition. If not a $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit along with monies to cover damages, if any.
