The fully stocked kitchen includes bar stool seating and opens to the living space, which boasts vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, a Roku TV, and a DVD player. An attached patio with seating provides a relaxing outdoor area. Upstairs in the loft, you'll find two additional queen beds, another en-suite private bath with a tub/shower combo, a separate vanity, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV with premium cable.
Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are available for an additional fee of $50 for your stay. You will want to bring pool/beach towels and any other linens you will need for the stay if you decide to not purchase linen service.
This condo is separate from the Wyndham timeshare resort on the back of the property and does not have access to its pool or amenities.
No smoking or pets are permitted as per HOA guidelines. A deep cleaning fee of $200 applies, which does not include linen service. The kitchen will be stocked with a roll of paper towels, each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, and hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods are included with the cleaning fee.
